Recopa Gaucha is a football championship that takes place in the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul. It is played between the winners of the Gaucho Championship and the winners of the Copa FGF, a knockout cup competition for non-professional clubs. The tournament was first established in 2014 and is organized by the Brazilian Football Federation. The winner of the Recopa Gaucha receives a trophy and bragging rights as the current champions of Rio Grande do Sul. Since its inception, the competition has been dominated by professional football clubs, with Internacional winning the most titles with three victories.
